So far today, I got this little section pieced. All the crazy angles require concentration....

This ring is a little more than the usual stars and diamonds, because I am incorporating the last pentagon into those large flowers, so that there are fewer acute angles to piece when joining the ring.
I love how your La Passacaglia is coming along. I finished mine about 18 months ago. I used English Paper Piecing for mine, and I’ve been obsessed by the technique ever since.
