Work Stoppage

Did not get as far as I had hoped yesterday, due to this:

The quilting is not going well, so I am definitely in the Done is Better than Perfect camp. It's very heavy, and I have taken it out and re rolled the sides. but it is very hard to quilt on my domestic machine.  I have two more queen sized quilt tops in hiding, and I just don't think I want to quilt any more big monsters after that.  Next year, a wallhanging might be a better idea.

    I'm with you on big quilts: queen size is too hard to push through the DSM. Makes my shoulders ache just to think about it. Your kitty has the right idea...sleep on it!!

    Thanks Louise. I managed to finish quilting it yesterday. Jand piecing was my work for today and i will work on that tomorrow.
