It looks like a lovely place to walk - flat! I just can't handle the hills in my neighborhood, and I have a treadmill, but it lives in the basement - which would be fine, except my son lives there, too, and I always feel like I'm disturbing him when I want to use it. His schedule and mine do not match up to use it when he's gone. Surely he'll move out someday! The bit of rent helps though.
