Updated UFO Tracker

I can track my progress better if I start adding the dates that I last worked on each UFO as I touch them. For the early stages, I will just overwrite the date every time I work on piecing or assembling, but toward the end of the pipeline, it's more likely to be the date I finished a particular step, since I usually baste and bind in one sitting. Here's how it looks.
