My slacking off on handstitching has erased the callous on my left index finger which always gets pricked by my running stitches when hand piecing.
I think we are in the dog days of summer here so I dread turning on the iron. Yesterday Miss Bonnie had a slight downturn so I wanted to stay close to keep an eye on her. Took my hand piecing kit to my easy chair in the cooler downstairs.
Finished another rosette ( left side) and have almost stitched both of these into the rest of the ones that are put together.
I want to start one pf the two remaining big rosettes next. Will I get that done before the end of the year? Stay tuned!
